Ms. Kang is a Partner of T.R. Winston & Company. Ms. Kang joined T.R. Winston in 2002, and serves as the General Securities Principal of the Los Angeles office where she is responsible for strategic planning, compliance, operations, maintaining client relationships, and assisting in the execution of the company’s business objectives. Ms. Kang brings over twenty years of experience in investment banking where she focuses on the execution and distribution of corporate debt and equity transactions, and private placements.
